Matthew Lewis is an experienced Operations leader with a background in strategy and planning in the finance and tech industry. With strong skills in strategy implementation, analytical skills, operations management, coaching, and leadership, he has a proven track record in large team leadership and business acumen. He holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands, a Bachelor’s degree in Honours in Investment Management, and a degree in Business/Commerce, General, BCom Finance from the University of Johannesburg.

Matthew has held several key positions in various organizations throughout his career. He is currently the Head of Enablement, EMEA, Community Operations at Uber, and has previously served as the Strategy & Planning Lead, Middle East & Africa, Community Operations, Senior Program Specialist, Growth & Innovation, Community Operations, EMEA, and Regional Community Operations Manager, Sub Saharan Africa at Uber. Additionally, he held managerial positions at Investec, where he served as the Operations Development Manager, Operations Team Leader, and Client Support Specialist.
