Ravi Ravulaparthi, an accomplished entrepreneur and team builder, has made substantial contributions to the investment banking and corporate development scene in Asia Pacific. With more than 17 years of corporate experience, Ravi comes with extensive experience in capital raising, corporate finance advisory, mergers & acquisitions, principal investments, debt financing, leveraged finance and corporate strategy, and a strong industry knowledge of the technology, media and telecom industries. He has provided valuable advice to entrepreneurs, corporates, and stakeholders on transactions. Ravi is also an angel investor and has invested in multiple start-ups in the region. He has worked in global organizations like The Tata Group, Macquarie and BNP Paribas, where he was responsible for leading mid-sized, cross-functional, and multi-cultural project teams.

Ravi's educational background includes a Post Graduate Programme (MBA equivalent), Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Ravi is also a graduate of St. Joseph's Public School.

Currently, Ravi is the CEO and Cofounder of Qapita, a company providing a capitalization table management software solution. He has also served as the Director of Rippledot Capital and Member of the Board of Directors at Whispir.
