Crystal Banse is a Wisconsin-based attorney with a wealth of legal experience and an exceptional reputation in the field. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, Banse combines her legal expertise with a passion for community and service to provide high-quality legal services to clients throughout the state.

Before founding her law firm, Banse served in the Wisconsin Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate for six years, three of which were spent on active duty with the National Guard Bureau in Washington. During her time in the military, she launched and managed a multi-state legal assistance program for sexual assault survivors as one of the first certified Special Victims' Counsels in the nation.

After leaving the military, Banse served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Wisconsin Department of Justice, where she successfully represented clients in a variety of civil cases, including arguing constitutional law before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. She also won her first jury trial just weeks after being appointed a Special Prosecutor for the State of Wisconsin.

Today, Banse is the founder of Banse Law Group, a technology-based firm that specializes in debt defense, consumer protection, and bankruptcy. Drawing on her extensive legal experience and a deep commitment to serving her community, Banse has built a reputation as a fierce advocate for her clients, working tirelessly to protect their rights and achieve their legal goals.

In addition to her work as an attorney, Banse is a frequent writer and presenter on a variety of legal and personal topics. She serves on the Legal Assistance Committee and as a Fee Arbitrator for the State Bar of Wisconsin and is an active volunteer with the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
