Franco Salerno is an experienced Scrum Master-Project Manager with a career spanning over six years in management roles in IT and marketing companies. With a strong strategic vision, he has led multiple teams and delivered quality software products. Besides being a proactive, self-motivated person, he is a Professional Life Coach, leading workshops and trainings as his other passion. Franco studied Diploma in Middle Management at Mundos E - UNC and a Degree in Marketing at Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21.' Additionally, he holds certificates in Coaching and Scrum Master.

Franco has worked with several organizations in different capacities, setting him apart as a versatile professional. At present, he is the Digital Project Manager at Poq, where he oversees the delivery of software products. He co-founded Skuap and later worked as a Freelance Digital Project Manager and Scrum Master at Ostmodern. Before that, he worked as the Scrum Master at reed.co.uk and Project Manager at Globant, among other roles.
