Initially, we launched Kopus spaces - workspaces for "owners" to rent by the day or by the hour.
It was basically Airbnb for workspaces and creative spaces- this was rebranded to Space-As-A-Service.

We build an MVP and MMP and it worked incredibly well, but ultimately we build Kopus for the owners so we went back and build different tools - to support the OWNER ECONOMY.

-  Increasing brand awareness of all venues and services in portfolio

-  Providing meeting management services.

-  Managing an annual amount of £2 million in venue finding bookings and 347 event management projects from a range of corporations, SME’s, government departments and associations.

-  Managing a team of 4-6.

-  To constructed, train and develop a results driven team who achieved considerable growth.

-  Work at venue management level with all other management levels to educate and train them on the unique nature of the MICE industry.

-  Account Management.  Developed a solid client base on a partnership basis.

-  Business Development.  Responsible for initiating an innovative approach to winning and nurturing new clients that saw exceptional growth in this area.

-  Developing Sales and Business Delivery practices that ensured the clients ‘events journey’ is as seamless as possible and backed up by a solid and a structured back-office.

-  Delivering strategic sales and marketing planning in order to provide exceptional measurable results
