Ruirui Kuang is a talented professional with a diverse background in strategy, behavioral science, human-centered design, and digitization. She earned her Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in Global Health & Health Policy from Harvard University, and her MBA from Yale School of Management. Her expertise lies at the intersection of strategy, behavioral science, and technology, where she works to create better products and services that increase access and serve disadvantaged populations.

Kuang has experience in both private and public sectors, previously working as a Generalist Fellow at McKinsey.org and a Journalist at New York Observer. She also served as an Innovation Specialist at the White House Social & Behavioral Sciences Team and as a Senior Associate at ideas42. Her experience has allowed her to build a robust skill set that includes research and writing, data analysis, strategic planning, and project management.

Kuang has a passion for social entrepreneurship, evidenced by her winning the President's Social Entrepreneurship Challenge at Harvard. She is also a published author of "For Darkness Is As Light." Additionally, she has volunteered at the Freetown Mayor's Office and is dedicated to increasing access to clean water.
