Before starting their group, Gilley was previously a Real Estate Agent at Phyllis Browning Company, a Human Resources Administrator, and Manager as well as Business Operations Assistant at Clinical Trials of Texas, Inc. He also worked as a Pharmacy Care Representative at HEB.
