Duncan Scherer is a dedicated educational leader with extensive experience in school operations, innovative program development, and community building. With a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Education/Teaching, Scherer has honed his expertise in teaching individuals with special needs. He has served in various roles in education, including his previous position as Assistant Superintendent at Democracy Prep Public Schools, Director of School Innovation at Democracy Prep Public Schools, and Founder and Executive Director of Democracy Prep Pathways. Scherer has also worked with Teach For America, CFES Brilliant Pathways, Americorps, and Federation EIL, among other organizations. He brings his passion for education to each position, using his leadership and coaching skills to make a positive impact on students' lives.
