Anat Binur is an accomplished bio-tech entrepreneur and CEO, known for co-founding Ukko, a biotech startup solving food allergies. She has also co-founded MEET (Middle East Education through Technology) and served as an Investment Partner at Innovation Endeavors. Binur's educational background includes a PhD in Political Science focused on Behavioral Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master's degree in Political Economy and Management from Columbia University, and an LLB in Law from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Binur has worked as a consultant at The World Bank and served as a Legislative Fellow at U.S. House of Representatives. Additionally, she has worked as Director of Strategy and Business Development at LSAN (Life Science Angel Network), and Health 2.0 Israel Organizer at Health 2.0. She began her career as a Lieutenant in the Israel Defense Forces and also worked as a Law Clerk at State Attorney of Israel and Law Intern at Yigal Arnon & Co.
