IoT Product Manager

As part of the Digital Transformation of Physical Industries team, I lead primary and secondary research in the area of robotics and autonomous vehicles. Responsibilities include:- Interview startup executives to write company profiles and industry reports advising clients on technology implementation, investment strategy, and competitive landscapes- Generate Excel-based forecasting models for adoption of emerging technologies, using methods like curve fitting of historical data and quantifying opinions on regulatory and technology aspects- Answer client questions on the robotics and autonomous vehicle markets via written responses and calls- Provide content editing of written research to other research analysts to ensure clear concise technical writing with bold decisive insights

I led a team of seven employees in ADI's first annual Global Early Employee Challenge (GEEC), a company-wide pitch competition. After winning the competition, the project was funded in the company's internal incubator (Analog Garage). - Conducted market research by interviewing stakeholders including prospective customers, end-users, and potential technology partners - Managed four engineers in developing an initial prototype of the product, which leveraged ADI's sensors and machine learning algorithms- Responsible for budget (~$500k) and milestone tracking, presenting quarterly reviews to the Analog Garage Venture Team

As part of a small team in the industrial sensing group, I helped create proof of concepts for future technologies. My role usually involved software and system implementation of algorithmic/hardware innovations including:- Lead project creating ADI's first wireless charging offering. Targeting "zero pin sensors" that are useful in IoT applications, the sensor node is capable of wireless power delivery and wireless data transmission to a gateway. I created the framework for a user to configure their sensor node to communicate with any digital/analog sensor.- Worked in a tightly integrated team to create a next-generation gateway receiver for IoT sensor nodes. This gateway uses software-defined radio combined with a wideband transceiver to dynamically adapt to any network configuration. I worked on the hardware/software interface and higher level software for the software defined radio.

Software Systems Engineer

Worked on multiple projects including AUVs and High Voltage Underwater Battery- Lead firmware design of a test PCB to be used with a complex 6-board design.- Redesign of PCBs, using Altium Software. This included researching new parts.- Assisted in design of new PCBs- Debugging issues in current vehicles, requiring system level knowledge of firmware/hardware components- Created a manufacturing process to load firmware faster onto production PCBs- Extensive documentation including Firmware Design Documents, Test Documentation, Manufacturing Documentation, etc.
