•	Value Creation: During 4 year tenure as Managing Director, doubled the equity value of AES Philippines, based on M&A transaction valuations in 2014 and 2018.
•	Financial Performance: Managed business to ~$200 million in EBITDA.
•	Innovation: Led development and implementation of the pioneering 10 MW Masinloc Advancion Array, the first grid-scale battery energy storage facility in Southeast Asia.
•	Growth: Achieved financial closure and started construction of the 300 MW Masinloc Expansion, the first supercritical power plant in the Philippines (~$700m total investment)
•	Commercial and Risk: Developed and implemented new, more dynamic commercial risk management strategy for AES Philippines; during tenure, executed 560+ MW of Power Sales Agreements for Masinloc power plant, including successful bids in multiple competitive auctions; introduced and secured AES Risk Oversight Committee approval for innovative customer contract packages with attractive risk/reward profile.
•	Business Leadership: Broadened and enhanced AES Philippines reputation with key stakeholders, including regulators, government agencies, competitors, media, and local communities.
•	M&A: Led sale process for business resulting in $1.9 billion in proceeds to equity owners (total enterprise value of $2.4 billion).

•	Other projects: greenfield bids for Puerto Rico 2 (500 MW) and New York Power Authority RFP (700 MW); M&A bids for Mt. Tom coal plant (150 MW) and Williams’ power trading book; development of biomass fuels business plan; marketing of power from AES Wind’s projects in PJM.
