Lauren Blanda is a highly accomplished product and merchandise executive with over a decade of experience in the retail industry. She has a proven track record of maximizing profits and identifying opportunities in the ever-evolving omni-channel environment. Blanda is a true team-player with exceptional leadership skills to manage a team of merchants, product developers, and business planners.

Blanda began her education at Emerson College, where she studied BA in Marketing Communications, Advertising, and Public Relations. Her career took off in the retail industry where she worked at big-name companies, such as Converse and City Sports. At Converse, she held various roles, including Director of Buying, DTC Converse Retail, Director of Flagship DTC Retail, and Senior Buyer, Footwear. Additionally, she served as General Manager, Merchandise, at City Sports, and Category Manager, Apparel, at City Sports.

Currently, Blanda is the Senior Director of Product and Marketing at TB12. Before her current position, she was the Director of Product Innovation at TB12. In her role, Blanda is responsible for building strategy, relationships, execution, and results, while building cross-functional partnerships internally and externally with clear goals and objectives.
