Lia Huber is a renowned author, speaker, brand strategist, and messaging consultant with extensive experience in the food industry. She is the author of the bestselling book, Nourished: A Memoir of Food, Faith and Enduring Love, with Recipes, which garnered positive reviews and accolades from different outlets. As the founder and CEO of NOURISH Evolution, she inspires and equips people to shift from processed food to real food in real life. With over 20 years of experience as a writer and recipe developer for national food magazines, such as Cooking Light, Better Homes & Gardens, Eating Well and Prevention, Lia offers expert advice and insights on various aspects of the food industry.

Lia is also a seasoned consultant who has worked with different companies, such as British Airways, Earthbound Farm, Bonterra Organic Vineyards, and Spectrum Organic Products, on branding, messaging, and marketing initiatives. Her online program, Building Authentic Brands, aims to help individuals and small businesses create and launch their own companies. Lia is a recipient of the International Association of Culinary Professionals' Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2012.

Lia holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Florida, a BA in Communication with a minor in French from Tulane University, and has studied at the Sorbonne in Paris and the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in Napa Valley. She has also served on the board of Slow Food Sonoma County and as the Chair of the Food Writers, Editors and Publishers section of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. She has lived in New York, New Orleans, Paris, Greece, Costa Rica, and San Francisco before settling in Healdsburg, CA, with her husband and daughter.
