With over 20 years of experience in IT and Insurance, Ramu has excelled in various IT leadership roles, supporting complex operating models and multi-channel distribution, leading large-scale transformations, and simplifying business systems resulting in significant cost savings.

Prior to his current role, he served as the Director of IT at Allstate Insurance, where he managed a $25 billion policy management ecosystem for Personal Lines and developed specialized practices in Insurance Product Design, Pricing, Ratemaking, and Underwriting.
