Wes Morgan from Oregon is a highly accomplished project/program manager and continuous improvement specialist with an action-oriented and life-long learning mindset. Wes holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Stanford University, an MBA in Strategic Management from the Yale School of Management, and BS degrees in Civil Engineering from the Oregon State University and Applied Science from George Fox University.

With over a decade of experience, Wes has worked with several organizations, including the Bonneville Power Administration, Effectivators LLC, MWH Constructors, and Holiday Retirement. He has also held a number of leadership roles across various industries such as Engineering, Construction, EH&S Culture Change Consulting, and Productivity & Project Management.

Wes has traveled to 50 countries and unofficially promotes his home state by introducing himself as "Wes Morgan from Oregon." Apart from his professional accomplishments, he has also researched mindfulness, leadership, and lean methodologies extensively.
