Elana Polichuk is a seasoned marketing professional with a decade of experience at top-tier tech companies in Silicon Valley. She is a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and has successfully launched multiple small businesses. Elana studied English, Philosophy, and Leadership Studies at the University of Minnesota, and completed Leadership Training and Development at Landmark Education.

Previously, Elana served as an Internal Communications Strategist at Google, where she directed executive communications and media engagement for senior leaders. She also held roles as the Lead Creative Editor and Contract Copyeditor at Google as well as consulting positions such as Principal at Polichuk Communications and Owner at ENP Consulting. Elana has also co-founded Maker Studio SF, where she led strategic messaging initiatives and oversaw all aspects of the company's operations.

Elana's passion lies in challenging herself professionally and creatively, as well as helping businesses develop effective marketing and communication strategies. She currently serves as the CEO of SF EXEC, an executive coaching and leadership development firm.
