Jeffery Augustino is an innovative and passionate professional who excels in process improvement, strategic implementation, diversity and inclusion, culture, data management, change management, business partnering, brand and risk mitigation. With a Master's degree in Business Management and a background in various fields such as Customer Care, Airline, Insurance, Hospitality, and IT Staffing, Jeffery has honed his skills and expertise in different areas. He is currently the Senior Delivery Manager II - National Lead Pride@TEK LGBT+ Community (ERG) for TEKsystems, one of the largest IT staffing and services company in the US. Jeffery studied certification programs in HDI Support Center Manager, ICTA, TAP, IATA, CLIA, and life & health insurance. He also has a Patisserie and Baking certification from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Seattle. In his free time, he enjoys spending vacation time with his family and dogs, reading, and playing tennis. Furthermore, Jeffery is committed to various community causes, such as supporting Habitat for Humanity and the Atlanta LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce.
