He has particular expertise in wage and hour disputes arising under FLSA and similar state laws. With his extensive background and dynamic practice, Jesse has represented individuals and businesses nationwide, securing multimillion-dollar recoveries in class actions with thousands of plaintiffs.

Jesse earned his Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from Western Michigan University, and a Doctor of Law (J.D.), Cum Laude, from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School. Prior to his legal career, Jesse was the owner of Young Residential Builders, further enhancing his understanding of business and employment-related issues.
