Diana Osberg is an accomplished sound therapy and Yin Yoga facilitator and writer with deep expertise and decades of experience in creative development, scriptwriting, film production, and event management. She has studied in various programs at the University of California, Los Angeles, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Diana blends the ancient art of sound healing with modern yoga practices to create Inner Story Retreats and Mia Terra Retreats, two ventures that aim to promote holistic wellness and conscious awakening for individuals and groups. She is also a co-founder and producer at Mia Terra Mar, a travel destination and event production company. Diana is certified as a Soundbath Practitioner by the Soundbath Center in Los Angeles, and completed a 50-hour Yin Yoga teacher training and sound healing medicine certificate program with renowned facilitators. Her personal mission is to help people heal, awaken, and connect with their Higher Self through the transformative power of sound, mindfulness, and movement.
