Sara Noble is a versatile professional in the media industry with experience in editorial, business management, executive search, and career coaching. With over 25 years of experience, she has provided her expertise in thought leadership, marketing, and communication to international media, global strategy consulting firms, corporations, CEOs, and foundations. She has studied an MBA in International Studies & Non-Profit Management at Columbia Business School and Year Abroad in Chinese Studies at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Asian Studies from Hamilton College.
Ms. Noble is the founder of Noble Executive Talent, an executive search firm that specializes in editorial, communication, digital, and knowledge management professionals' recruitment worldwide. Before starting her own firm, she served as Publishing Consultant to the CEO at Harvard Business Review, Managing Editor at Inc. Magazine, and Business Manager at Atlantic Media Company. Additionally, she worked as an intern at the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations and as a reporter/researcher at Time Magazine.
Apart from executive search, Ms. Noble is also a consultant to CEOs in areas of marketing strategy, operations, and organizational planning. She provides editorial content consulting, career coaching, leadership, and team development, organizational assessments and strategies, and compensation benchmarking. She has also studied organizational leadership and consulted in change management at Columbia Business School.
