Gwen Sullivan

Gwen Sullivan, an experienced human-centered design and strategy expert, has dedicated her 15-year career to establishing inclusive and accessible experiences in her work. Studying Interior Architecture at the esteemed University of Oregon, Sullivan's passion for creating user-centric insights and actionable design shines in her consultancy work at sparks+sullivan and as the founder of Joyn. Sullivan has also previously worked at Nike as Entrepreneur in Residence and Global Consumer Experience Director for Nike Running, and as a Design Research and Strategy specialist at respected firms like IDEO, Ziba Design, and Kontrapunkt. Her skills in design thinking, collaborative work, and innovation are complemented by her ability to train groups on design thinking and ideate innovative ideas and experiences that bring growth to companies and create consumer loyalty.
