Carol Eichling is an accomplished educator and consultant with extensive experience in information technology and public administration. She holds several degrees, including a Masters of Information Technology and an EdS in Information Technology Education from Capella University and Nova Southeastern University, respectively. Additionally, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Music/Political Science from Ball State University.

Throughout her career, Carol has held various positions in academia, such as Adjunct Faculty at ITT Technical Institute, Associate Faculty at the University of Phoenix, and Full-Time Development Faculty at the University of Phoenix. She has also been an Adjunct Professor at numerous institutions, such as Barry University, Florida Community College of Jacksonville, and American InterContinental University. Moreover, she previously owned Computer Technology Consulting, where she provided quality consulting services to various clients.

Outside of academia and consulting, Carol has also served in the US Navy as a Medical Service Corps Officer. Her excellent communication and networking skills have been utilized to help her guide and mentor a variety of students.
