•	Provided / offered a competitive curriculum while recruiting students for program growth, expansion, and retention.
•	Directed and directed program assessment and accreditation reporting process internally with Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and Higher Learning Commission (HLC) accreditation standards.
•	Successfully hired, trained, mentored, and oversaw qualified faculty to teach in the MBA program.
•	Led a team of 114 adjunct faculty and six staff and managed annual performance reviews.

M.B.A. Director

•	Led execution and operations of the Global Executive MBA Program, including working with international contracts and agreements. 
•	Initiated and launched the “4+1 undergraduate to graduate” program for the College of Management as a pathway to retain students.
•	Oversaw, hired and mentored three graduate assistants for the School of Business Graduate Programs.
•	Coordinate, organize, and create an academic schedule for online, face-to-face students and the Global Executive M.B.A. program.

Assistant MBA Director

•	Championed and supported the M.B.A. Director and the organization's and department's initiatives. Scheduled meetings, provided meeting minutes, oversaw multiple department budgets, managed events, and maintained and built relationships with key stakeholders.
•	Charged with onboarding new adjunct faculty paperwork.
