Adrian Rodriguez

Adrian Rodriguez is a highly educated professional with a diverse academic background in International Law, Telecommunications Economics, Law, Technology, Electronic Commerce, and Telecommunications.

He holds a Master's degree in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and a Master's degree in Telecommunications Economics from Universidad Nacional de Educacion a Distancia. Adrian also pursued an LLM in Law, Technology, Electronic Commerce, and Telecommunications at Universidad de Costa Rica.

Additionally, Adrian Rodriguez is a Certified Mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice and Peace of the Republic of Costa Rica, with expertise in Alternative Conflict Resolution. He also obtained his Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad de Costa Rica.
