Michael Harris is an accomplished leader with over fifteen years of experience in various leadership roles. He has expertise in talent development, project management, and operations. Harris graduated from the University of Washington with an MBA from the Michael G. Foster School of Business, and he also holds a master's degree in Sports Product Management from the University of Oregon, Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.
Harris has a diverse professional background that includes working as a Product Line Manager at Richardson Sports, Port Manager at United States Army Reserve, Key Account Manager at Richardson Sports, and Product Management Intern for the Maximum Gear Product Line at CamelBak. Additionally, he has served in various senior management roles in the US Army, such as the Senior Manager of Logistics Operations Center, Product Testing, and Strategy & Planning at the 4th Sustainment Brigade.
As a Training & Talent Development Manager at A/35 Engineer Battalion, Harris oversaw the development of training programs for soldiers, and he also operated as an Operations Manager for C/6-37 Field Artillery Battalion. Furthermore, Harris has completed his education at Army Logistics University and US Army Field Artillery School.
