Gabriel Bitton, a Ph.D. in Physics from The Hebrew University, is an accomplished innovator and entrepreneur specializing in medical device and digital health technologies. With over 16 years of experience in R&D development of medical device companies, Bitton has founded two medical device companies, Insuline Medical and ImagineBit Ltd, and served as CTO at Glucon medical, where he contributed to developing devices for diabetics. Bitton's expertise spans physical and physiological aspects related to diabetes, and he has published several papers and holds more than 25 patents and patent applications related to medical devices.

Prior to his work with medical devices, Bitton was a group leader of the quantum optics group at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where he developed expertise in simulation and modeling.
