Brad Folsom, a LEED Green Associate and member of the International Code Council, brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry to his current role as Senior Pre-Construction Manager at EMJ Corporation. With a background in Movie Theater and Retail Development Design and Construction Administration, Folsom has extensive experience in site punch, constructability, and value engineering plan reviews, tenant coordination, project scheduling, estimating and budgeting, and client coordination. His market sector experience includes Hospitality, Office Buildings, State Funded Buildings, and Interior and Exterior Renovation. Folsom earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and has worked as a Project Manager at Artech Design Group.
