Kate Reeves is a highly accomplished and experienced professional, primarily within the fields of finance and public administration. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College, and subsequently pursued a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Advanced Finance and Management at Columbia University. With a passion for helping others to achieve financial independence, Reeves has spent the majority of her career with Change Machine - formerly known as The Financial Clinic - in several roles of increasing responsibility. During her tenure, she has served as Financial Coach, Project Manager, Associate Manager of Strategic Initiatives, Assistant Director of Capacity Building, and Director of Capacity Building. In her current capacity as Chief Business Development Officer, Reeves is responsible for overseeing and driving the organization's revenue growth and strategic partnerships as well as participating in the development of programs that further the company's mission to help people build financial security. Along the way, she has gained extensive experience in capacity building, partnerships, and fundraising as well as a deep understanding of how socio-economic factors impact financial well-being.
