He is currently serving as the President & General Manager of Mintel, Americas, overseeing the company's research and growth strategies in the region. Ben also worked at ArrowStream and ConAgra Foods before returning to Mintel to turn around a larger business. He holds a BS in Business, Marketing & Supply-Chain Management from Miami University.
