Paul's career started in the US Navy as a Petty Officer/Midshipman, where he developed skills in operational and team management. He then worked at Tecumseh Products Company as a Manufacturing Engineer, followed by EDT-Enzymatic Deinking Technologies, LLC as a Process Engineer and Technical Sales Representative. He also owned and managed The Chestnut Roast before moving on to work at Newport News Shipbuilding, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries as a Manager of Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.

During his career, Paul held leadership positions at DAQRI as Director of Industrial Solutions and Global Technical Sales, respectively. At Mira, he is the Senior Director of Customer Success, where he leverages his technical sales and customer service experience to lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to customers.
