Elise Sargent is a career and leadership development consultant who specializes in coaching individuals to identify their career goals and develop strategies to achieve them. With an extensive career as an executive engineering leader, Elise is passionate about developing engineering talent to meet the needs of businesses through effective leadership and teamwork.

Elise's educational background includes an M.S. in Computer and Information Systems from Northeastern University and a B.A. in Mathematics from Michigan State University. She has held various leadership positions in numerous organizations, including VP Engineering at ACI Worldwide, VP Product and Development at Webhire, and Director, Analysis and Design Development at Intersolv.

Additionally, Elise has many years of experience coaching individuals at all levels of engineering management to develop leadership skills and foster career growth. She brings a combination of empathy and direct feedback to her coaching approach, helping individuals develop new perspectives and course of actions to achieve their career goals.

Elise has taught in a number of programs and universities, including Northeastern University and Babson College. She also volunteers her time with Coaching for Leadership and Teamwork Program at Babson College.
