Rachel Bhalla

Rachel Bhalla is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in Public and Nonprofit Management, Government, History, and Political Science.

She holds a Master of Public Administration in Public and Nonprofit Management from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and History with a Business Foundations Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.

Rachel also studied History and Political Science at UCL and completed her high school diploma at Cypress Woods High School.

Throughout her career, Rachel has gained valuable experience through various roles such as Local Government Affairs Intern at Everytown for Gun Safety, Microeconomics Tutor at New York University, Campaign Consultant at James Talarico for Texas State House District 52, and LEAD Fellow at Mi Familia Vota.

Her previous positions include serving as Deputy Chief of Staff, District Director, Campaign Manager, Field Organizer, and Camp Campaign Director at the Office of State Representative James Talarico.

Additionally, Rachel has worked as a Full-Time Intern at the U.S. Department of Justice, Legal Intern/Paralegal at Eastman Meyler, PC, Teaching Assistant at Duke University Talent Identification Program, and Legislative Intern at both Representative Ryan Guillen and Office of State Representative Jason Isaac.
