Laura's professional journey began with a stint as a sales associate at Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates before progressing to various roles in digital marketing, including client success manager and marketing analyst at Room 214. She currently serves as Director of Customer Loyalty at soona, where she has previously held the role of Customer Loyalty Lead. Before that, she gained valuable experience as a Strategy Intern at Barkley and Target Brand Ambassador Manager at Periscope. In college, she even served as the Entertainment Co-Chair for the Union Program Council.
