He has honed his expertise in managing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Throughout his career, Simons has held various positions, including Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Key Account Sales Specialist, Certified Private Instructor, Business Analyst, Director of Orchestras, Administrative Assistant to the Deans of the Graduate School, and Field Service Coordinator. He has an outstanding reputation and a demonstrated track record of success in cutting costs, increasing efficiencies, and monitoring and inputting payroll and other cost controls.

Simons has supervised teams of up to 30 diverse personnel, effectively training and mentoring them to consistently provide high-quality customer service.
