Rodolfo Tella is a legal professional with extensive experience in finance and capital markets. With a focus on equity and debt securities offerings, debt restructuring, and investment funds, Tella has advised companies, shareholders, financial institutions, and institutional investors on a myriad of transactions. His expertise also extends to regulatory matters, where he advises publicly held companies and financial institutions on issues within the jurisdiction of Brazil’s securities regulators, among others.

Tella earned his degree in Corporate Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where he also studied International Capital Markets. He also earned his degree in Law from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.

Currently a partner at Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associado a Mayer Brown, Tella previously worked as a partner and senior associate at BMA - Barbosa Müssnich Aragão and as an associate at Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. He has also worked as an in-house lawyer at Bradesco.
