Joshua Bingaman is an accomplished entrepreneur, proprietor, and business consultant based in Austin, Texas. Then, in 2003, Bingaman moved to Austin, where he founded Progress Coffee, which continues to thrive today as a supplier of Whole Foods.

In 2009, Bingaman launched HELM Boots as a passion project while still managing Progress Coffee. The brand quickly gained a loyal following and grew through word of mouth, and by 2012, Bingaman decided to focus on HELM full-time, selling Progress Coffee to Brew & Brew. Today, Bingaman is a consultant at BlackLine Consulting ATX, where he works to support the launch, growth, and sustainability of businesses. He is also a former advisor at esby apparel and the co-founder of Subterranean Shoe Room.
