Stephen Palmese is a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in NYC's commercial property sector. Currently serving as Vice Chairman at JLL, Stephen's background includes leadership positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Massey Knakal Realty Services. His expertise in real estate development and sales has led to numerous awards and accolades, including Top Producer at Cushman & Wakefield in 2015 and 2016, and Co-wide Salesperson of the Year at Massey Knakal in 2004.
Stephen built his strong foundation in international finance and new and small business management at Georgetown University, with a focus on foreign exchange at Oxford University. He is an active member of several organizations, including The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Cristo Rey Brooklyn, Laugh It Out, and Brooklyn Historical Society.
