James Vaughn is a multi-talented professional with extensive experience in safety, construction, electrical, and operations. As a former member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), he has managed up to 25 people and conducted audits per DOT specifications on various projects. James's expertise extends to Health Safety Environmental (HSE) where he served as a consultant and supervisor responsible for implementing safety procedures and compliance with federal regulations in several military and state facilities.

He is well-trained and knowledgeable in codes, standards, regulations, and governmental policies, procedures, and plans. James has developed audit matrix's for other Department of Defense and Department State mandated inspections as requested by clients. With a degree in Computer Sciences from City University of Seattle and training in Marine Electrical Journeyman and Fundamentals of Electricity from North Seattle Community College, he has honed his skills and expertise to deliver exceptional performance in planning phases, development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and liaising between fieldwork and management.
