She's a graduate of National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.). Jo has a proven track record in developing regional marketing strategies, product management, business development, and consumer marketing that focuses on ROI.

Throughout her career, she has worked for prominent companies and held various senior positions such as Marketing Director, Yahoo! APAC, Product Manager, Content Services at StarHub, Business Development Manager at DBS Bank, and more. Jo has also started up and worked in a variety of multinational environments, enabling her to utilize her knowledge and skills to help businesses achieve their overall business strategy.

Jo's expertise lies in trade, partner, and consumer marketing, encompassing traditional media, digital marketing, social and display advertising, mobile marketing, and integrated marketing.
