Jaime Uzeta

Jaime Ernesto Uzeta is a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in public service, media, technology, and education. He currently serves as CEO of Public Allies, a national nonprofit that works towards advancing equity and empowering young people. Jaime is a graduate of the University of Houston and Columbia Business School, where he studied Political Science and an MBA emphasis on Marketing and Management, respectively.

Jaime has held various positions during his career, including Vice President of Innovation and Partnerships at BUILD, Senior Vice President of Social Action, and Deputy Director of Volunteer Department at the Presidential Inaugural Committee. He was a Political Appointee at The White House and also served as National Field Coordinator at Rock the Vote's Choose or Lose Bus. Jaime has been involved with several nonprofits, including the LA Promise Fund.

In addition to his work in the education and non-profit sectors, Jaime played a significant role in the media space. He built the digital and TV social action teams for Participant Media and co-developed the Emmy award-winning Choose or Lose and Fight for Your Rights initiatives. Jaime also served as Viacom's Senior Director for Strategic Partnerships.

Jaime's experience in various domains has equipped him with exceptional skills in leadership, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He has a passion for advancing equity and empowering young people to make their mark in the world. Jaime currently lives in California with his wife and two children.
