Seshadri Venkataraman is a seasoned Agile Transformation Mentor and Lean Implementation Leadership Coach with over 18 years of industrial experience across various organizational units. He has worked with a diverse range of clients spanning interests across geographies including the Americas, Europe, Scandinavia, Middle East, Mediterranean, Africans, Asia Pacific, and Australasia. Seshadri is also a speaker in multiple forums and a training facilitator for various topics including project management, agile methodologies, business requirements analysis, scheduling techniques for projects, enterprise risk management, program and portfolio governance, and execution processes, among others.

Seshadri holds a master's in business administration (MBA) with a silver medal from St. Joseph's College Of Business Administration and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University Visweswaraya College of Engineering. He also has a pre-university certification and a high school degree with distinction. Seshadri has worked with numerous organizations in various roles and capacities, including V2Soft, Capgemini, Hexaware Technologies, Tata Consultancy Services, and National Aerospace Laboratories, among others.

Apart from his professional accomplishments, Seshadri is also a small-time musician and composer who can play various instruments, including Veena, keyboard, and guitar. He enjoys combining western and Carnatic music and is always willing to help others with musical swaras and chords.
