Tanja Raaste is a highly experienced arts manager, producer, trainer, blogger, and translator with a wide range of skills and interests. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Producing from the California Institute of the Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Government from the University of Essex. Tanja's career has been characterized by her passion for the arts, her dedication to business skills workshops for artists and performers, and her one-to-one advice sessions for small businesses.

Over the years, Tanja has developed a reputation for her outstanding work as a trainer and lecturer in the business skills of the arts. She has worked with many arts organizations, including Nordic Nomad, Fourth Monkey Actor Training Company, ZU-UK, City Lit, and Rose Bruford College.
