government bodies; and (ii) managing inter-governmental fiscal transfers component, through which expanded block grants are allocated and disbursed to local government bodies on an instalment basis. Coordination and lead training facilitator of and technical backstopping for the World Bankfunded Local Governance Support Project (LGSP, financed through a US$ 111.5 million IDA credit) including: (i) ensuring close liaison with the Local Government Division, Ministries of Finance and Planning, the Office of Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG), the Institute of Public/Chartered
