I manage Snap's Global University Recruiting & Programs Team. Bringing early in career talent from all walks of life into our talented and creative Snap Inc. teams. Our team hires talent from Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, and beyond.
I am also the Recruiting Partner alongside our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, & Awareness) & GBS (Global Brand Strategy) Teams for all of Snap's DEI-focused events & partnerships.

Lead - University Programs & Recruiting Events

University Recruiter

- Built Thumbtack's University Recruiting Program from scratch: on campus recruiting for full-time and intern software engineering roles, building our summer internship program and threw various recruiting events to build brand awareness and attract top talent to our rapidly growing team.
- Led our on-campus strategy, marketing and operations efforts at MIT & Carnegie Mellon. Built relationships with on campus administrators, computer science/engineering clubs on campus, and executing formal and informal events, dinners and outreach events.
- Sourced interns and new grads for multiple software engineering positions within the company
- Managed intern relationships through summer internship program which included: regular check-ins with interns, intern managers & mentors, execution of midpoint and final reviews as well as other various tasks.
- Managed performance feedback process with managers to determine hiring decisions.
- Coordinated and hosted strategic recruiting events and tech talks both in office and at our target schools.

- Managed full cycle recruitment process for full-time, industry and internship positions for Bain Bay Area offices (recruiting/marketing events, interview coordination, candidate selection, offer extension and closing)
- Responsible for on-campus strategy, marketing and operations. Building relationships with on-campus administrators and executing formal and informal presentations, dinners and outreach events.
- Managed Bay Area Associate Consultant Summer Internship Program (organization of training, staffing, coordination/planning of social events, and managing all program logistics).
- Analyzed data and creation of reports on offer yields to identify recruitment successes and failures.
Ownership of and responsibility for Stanford and UC Berkeley undergraduate recruitment for Bain firm-wide.
- Successfully planned and executed "Sell Weekends" every fall, requiring coordination of internal schedules, recruit travel, accommodations, meals and social activities for 40+ recruits.
