Jonathan Bray
Jonathan Bray is an accomplished legal practitioner and government administrator with a proven track record in public law, policy analysis, public sector reform, and international engagement. He has extensive experience in the area of sports law and sports integrity, having served as the Director of the Sports Integrity Taskforce and as the Head of the Sport Integrity Review Taskforce at the Australian Department of Health. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons), Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Adelaide, and a Master of Laws (International Law) from the Australian National University. He is currently the Deputy CEO and Registrar (A/Assistant Secretary) of the National Sports Tribunal at the Australian Department of Health.
With a background that spans executive and litigation roles in various Australian government departments, including the Departments of Defence and Immigration and Border Protection, Jonathan brings a wealth of legal, analytical, program, and project management skills to any organization. He also holds an Executive Masters of Public Administration from ANZSOG - The Australia and New Zealand School of Government.
Jonathan is a former International Humanitarian Law Volunteer at the Australian Red Cross and the Partnership Development Manager at TEDxCanberra. He has a passion for sports, environmental biology, and botany, having earned an Honours Degree in Environmental Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Botany, Zoology, Ecology from the University of Adelaide.
