Manoj Agarwal is a seasoned IT executive with over 28 years of experience in various leadership roles including business head, captive unit management, and strategic relationship management. He has a proven track record in offshore delivery center setup, large program management, and global sourcing and delivery across multiple geographies.

Manoj holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Electrical Communication from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He also completed his ISC in Science at SE Railway Mixed Higher Secondary School.

Currently, Manoj serves as the Founder & Managing Director at CloudKaptan Consultancy Services. He has previously held roles such as Angel Investor, P2P Lending Consultant at Cloud Lending Inc., Global Head - Business Excellence, and Head, Middle East & North Africa at Tata Consultancy Services. His extensive experience also includes leadership positions at iSOFT India and various roles at Tata Consultancy Services, where he handled global Oracle E-Biz practice, relationship management, transition management, and more.
