Jeff Putnam is an accomplished executive coach with years of experience in the corporate, healthcare, and education industries. With a Master of Social Work degree in Clinical Social Work from Michigan State University and a BA in Psychology from Oakland University, he combines his academic background and corporate experience to help managers and executives to navigate the complexities of office politics, understand others better, and contribute more to their organizations.

His career journey started as a school social worker at Rochester Community Schools before moving to Anthony Robbins Companies as a Peak Performance Executive Coach. He also worked as the Director of Business Development and Capital Acquisition at BridgePoint Ventures before joining Freedom by Design as CEO. At Freedom by Design, Jeff has led seasoned coaching for the executive suite and helped medical practices simplify revenue growth while delivering better care. He has also worked with a $200M electronics firm, saving key employees from resignation and restoring revenue.
