Jin Shim is a seasoned senior recruiter with a diverse educational and professional background. She graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management and later completed her Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Chung-Ang University. Her career began as an assistant accountant at CJ CGV, after which she worked in several other roles including recruitment consultant at Spring Professional and associate at Brisk & Young Associates. Shim has also worked as a consultant at UnicoSearch and was a part-leader and senior recruiter at TMON before joining Rainist as a senior recruiter.

Shim's expertise lies in talent acquisition and development, human resource management, and organizational change and development. She has exceptional skills in team management and human behavior analysis. In her current role, she leverages her skills to identify top talent, design recruitment processes, and manage the hiring experience.
