Tim Hawkins is the President & CEO of LTBD, a reputed accounting solutions provider in the Washington, D.C. region. With his extensive background in public accounting, financial analysis, and management, as well as his six years of service as a nuclear power engineer in the U.S. Navy, Tim brings a wealth of experience to his role at LTBD. He has worked with commercial businesses, government contractors, and nonprofit and association clients as an outsourced CFO, providing financial strategic counsel and driving business growth.

Before launching LTBD in 2004, Tim worked as an Advanced Senior Accountant at Keller Bruner & Company, PC, and as a Staff Accountant at Lampert & Gilbert, PLLC. He also worked as a Tax Department Intern at Deloitte and was a Manager of Business Market Analysis at MCI Worldcom.

Tim received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, discovering new business opportunities, and spending time with his son.
