Susan Corwin is a highly skilled leader with a passion for technology, specializing in program, project, and product management. With 25 years of experience in managing call centers, documentation, training groups, and product testing, Susan has proven her expertise as a troubleshooter, problem solver, and decision maker. She has also shown her creativity and visual communication skills which have enabled her to build strong teams, communicate effectively, and be an inspiring trainer and instructional designer.
Susan's accomplishments as a Program Manager for GE Medical Systems’ initial Ecommerce web sites, Cardiology information products content manager, and product manager for a national database registry interface for quality indicators/outcomes management reporting, demonstrate her ability to manage marketing and technical implementation teams and projects to meet client goals. Utilizing Six Sigma methodology for marketing and support departments, Susan converted support groups from cost to profit center models, managed comprehensive budgets, and led enterprise model development.
Susan's technical expertise extends to product test design and delivery, usability studies, and prospecting tools delivery for global offices. Her exceptional presentation skills have allowed her to present at trade shows and conferences, particularly on technology solutions to prospective clients, where she has been a keynote speaker. Susan is also an effective liaison for marketing communications.
Aside from her professional accomplishments, Susan is an active member of various organizations, including the American Society for Training and Development, Goodwill Industries Business Advisory Council, UW Madison School of Engineering, and the Special Olympics SE Wisconsin Events Steering Committee.
